• From Olbia and Palau on the SS125

  From Olbia, Arzachena is about 25 km north on the SS125 Orientale Sarda; from Palau it is about 14 km on the same road. From Tempio Pausania, take the SS127, then the provincial roads towards Sant'Antonio di Gallura and finally the SS427.

• Beach car parks: two different operators

  In summer, beach car parks are paid and run by two companies: Ge.Se.Co. for the municipal areas and SKG for those of the Consorzio Costa Smeralda. Blue lines mark paid parking, usually with a ticket from the meter.

• 2026 parking: €2.50 an hour, €12.50 a day

  In 2026, in the 25 municipal beach and village areas, including Capriccioli, Pevero, Principe, Romazzino and Tanca Manna, parking is paid from June to October, every day 9:00–20:00. Cars pay €2.50 an hour, up to €12.50 a day, at the meter, with the EasyPark app or at the car-park booth, where there is one.

• Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia: 2-hour limit

  In 2026, cars may park for at most 2 hours in central Porto Cervo, Piazza degli Ulivi and central Baja Sardinia; in Porto Cervo, Poltu Quatu and central Baja Sardinia parking is paid until 31 October, from 9:00 to midnight. In Cannigione (Via Nazionale, Lungomare Andrea Doria, Parco Riva Azzurra) and central Baja Sardinia the first 15 minutes are free, once a day.

• Passes for guests: from €40 a week

  In 2026, non-residents staying in a hotel or other accommodation, or owning a home in Arzachena, can buy a parking pass for the municipal areas: €40 a week, €100 a month or €180 for the season. It is sold online at parcheggiarzachena.it or at the Centro Servizi Malchittu, on the SS125 at the southern entrance to town.

• Capriccioli: no cars on the headland dirt area

  Since June 2025, under an urgent ordinance, the unpaved area on the Capriccioli headland is reserved for emergency and police vehicles: beachgoers may park only in the asphalt car park run by Ge.Se.Co. At the same time the Comune also regulated access and parking at Liscia Ruja.

• Lu Pustali municipal bus to the coast

  In summer 2026, from 15 June, the Lu Pustali town bus ran more often on three lines: Blu between Arzachena and Cannigione, Smeralda to Cannigione, Porto Cervo, Liscia di Vacca and Baja Sardinia, and Rosa, which also serves Poltu Quatu. It is an alternative to the car for reaching the coastal villages, where parking is time-limited.
