Historic-centre ZTL access hours
Since 1 August 2025, cars without a permit may enter the historic-centre ZTL Monday to Saturday (not holidays) 10:00–13:00 and 16:30–20:00, but never via 24-hour gates such as Porta Napoli; on Sundays and holidays there is no access.

Hotel and B&B guests in the ZTL
Hotels and B&Bs inside the ZTL can let guests' cars in on check-in and check-out days to load and unload luggage (20-minute stop at most, with parking disc), sending the plate to the Comune within 48 hours of entry. Properties with their own parking get a permit for the whole stay.

Sant'Oronzo: free shuttles and parking
For the Sant'Oronzo festival, 23–26 August in 2026, drivers could park free at Foro Boario (350 spaces) and the Settelacquare car park (400) and reach the centre on free shuttles from 18:00 to 1:00.
