Malcesine's old town is a pedestrian area with plate-reading gates at Via Navene, Piazza Bocchera, Corso Garibaldi, Via Monti and Via Turazza. According to the town's 2024 notice, since 5 February 2024 anyone entering outside the 6:00–10:00 window is fined.

Cable car car park: hours and car pick-up
The underground car park of the Malcesine–Monte Baldo cable car has 170 paid spaces and opens 8:00–19:30, with entry until 18:00 (16:00 from 5 October). After closing time the car cannot be collected until the next morning.

On 8 November 2026, from 0:00 to 13:00, parking is banned in the Piazza Statuto car park around the war memorial and in the loading bays, for the 4 November ceremony. The same ban applies in Piazza Nensi in the hamlet of Cassone.
