• ZTL from Fegina seafront to the Loreto roundabout

  The historic centre is a limited traffic zone from the junction of Via Fegina and Via Molinelli to the junction of Via Roma with the Loreto roundabout: driving through is not allowed without authorisation from the local police. The Comune's page is based on the 2024 ZTL ordinance.

• Daily ZTL permit: 3 working days ahead

  A daily ZTL permit must be requested on the Comune's online portal (registration and digital identity required) at least 3 working days before entry; it cannot be issued afterwards. You need the vehicle registration document, and it costs €5 for vehicles under 2 m wide, €10 for wider ones.

• Park Fegina: 270 spaces near the beaches

  Park Fegina, a few steps from the main beaches, has 270 spaces. From 26 March to 1 November 2026 it costs €3/h from 8:00 to 22:00 and €0.50/h from 22:00 to 8:00, or €30 for 24 hours; showing the ticket gives free use of the public toilets.

• Park Loreto and multi-day rates

  Park Loreto, in the Loreto area of the historic centre, has 160 spaces and costs €3/h at any hour (€30 for 24 hours) until 1 November 2026. For longer stays, both municipal car parks charge €12 per 24 hours from day 3 to day 7 and €6 from day 8.

• In winter, few Park Loreto spaces for visitors

  Off-season, Park Loreto is mostly for season-ticket holders: in winter 2025/26 (3 November 2025 to 25 March 2026) the 29 first-floor spaces were reserved for subscribers and only the 20 ground-floor spaces were also open to occasional parking. The rules for winter 2026/27 should be checked.

• The Park advises against cars: use the train

  The Cinque Terre National Park notes that the villages can be reached by car but advises against it because of the steep terrain and the difficulty of parking. It recommends the train: the railway links all five villages and local trains also stop at Monterosso.

• From the A12: Carrodano or Brugnato exits

  According to the Park's road directions (2015), from the A12 you exit at Carrodano and take the SP566 towards Levanto, then the SP370 to Monterosso (about 21 km), or exit at Brugnato, take the Aurelia towards La Spezia and then the SP38 (about 25 km).
