• ZTL A and A1: gates and 2026 hours

  In 2026 the ZTL A, with gates at Viale Matteotti (quadrivio), Piazza San Domenico, Piazzetta Porta San Lorenzo and Via esterna delle Mura, was open 24 hours Monday to Friday until 3 May; from 4 May to 13 September it was open on weekdays 6:00–20:30 and closed round the clock to unauthorised vehicles on Sundays, holidays and the days before them. Sub-zone A1, entered from Via della Trattoria and Via Brignone, was closed 24 hours every day.

• Posterna: 454 spaces and walkways to the Duomo

  The underground Posterna car park (entrance on Via Interna delle Mura) has 454 spaces, 9 for disabled drivers, and is open 24 hours. Its moving walkways and lifts exit at Piazza Pianciani, Via Saffi (50 m from Piazza Duomo) and Via Gattapone near the lifts to the Rocca, among others; until 1 November they run 7:00–23:00 (Fridays and days before holidays until 1:00), from 2 November 7:00–21:00 (Fridays and pre-holidays until midnight).

• Spoletosfera and Ponzianina, the other two

  Spoletosfera, underground on three levels with over 420 spaces (entrances from Viale dei Cappuccini at Piazza Rodari and from Via Martiri della Resistenza), is linked by moving walkways and lifts to Viale Matteotti, Piazza Carducci and Piazza della Libertà; from 2 November the route runs 7:00–20:30 Monday to Friday and 8:30–20:30 on Sundays, holidays and the days before them. Ponzianina car park on Via del Tiro a Segno (90 cars) has escalators up to the Rocca Albornoziana.

• 2026 rates and free blue bays on Sundays

  Since 1 June 2026 Posterna and Spoletosfera charge €1.80 for the first hour, €1.40 for hours two to nine and €1.00 for the tenth, capped at €14 a day, with the first 30 minutes free; Ponzianina is capped at €6 a day. Street parking is free on Sundays and holidays except Piazza Gianni Rodari (€1 an hour, €6 max per 24 hours); on weekdays it costs from €2.20 an hour (zone A) to €1.00 (zone D).

• Posterna and Spoletosfera free at night to end-2026

  From 1 September to 31 December 2026, parking in the Posterna and Spoletosfera multi-storey car parks is free from 20:30 to 3:00 the next morning, under a city council decision of 13 August 2026. Both are linked to the old town by escalators and moving walkways.

• Festival dei Due Mondi: evening gates, late walkways

  During the 69th Festival dei Due Mondi, 26 June to 12 July 2026, the ZTL A cameras were active Monday to Friday from midnight to 6:00 and from 17:00 to midnight, and all day on Sundays, holidays and the days before them. The pedestrian 'metro' routes from Spoletosfera, Posterna and Ponzianina stayed open until 1:00, and until 2:00 on the final night into 13 July.

• Fixed speed camera on the Flaminia at Eggi (90 km/h)

  According to the Comune (2024), a fixed speed camera set at 90 km/h stands on the SS3 Flaminia towards Spoleto (Foligno–Spoleto direction) at km 129+880 near Eggi, requested by ANAS because of the Eggi–Acquasparta–Santo Chiodo junction and a narrowing of the road.
